WHAT IS SUBLIMATION PRINTING?
Sublimation makes customised TEAM WEAR designs last forever.
Sublimation is a high-quality printing process used for printing onto a variety of fabrics. A digital printer is used to produce images on sublimation transfer paper with sublimation ink. The paper is then placed into a heat press with the required fabric and exposed to high temperatures.Once the ink is in a gas state it permeates the fibres of the material. When taken out from heat press the ink that has permeated the fibres solidifies and is locked permanently into place by the transfer material.
We create bespoke teamwear products with customised sportswear designs using the sublimation process so they will sustain its quality for as long as the garment lasts.
